Question : I can rent DVD for the same day until...
Answer : 11.30AM. After, the renting will be delivered the next day.
Question : At what time DVD returns are to be made ?
Answer : 9.30AM, in the Club-DVD letter box (simply specify "Club-DVD" on the envelope if you use an internal envelope) (it can be different for your company).
Question : And for the week-end, how does it work ?
Answer : You just have to rent before 11.30AM on Friday, and to bring back the DVDs on Monday (or Tuesday if there is an offer) , you will be charged for 1 day, at week-end rate.
Question : I have registered on line, what is the next step ?
Answer : You will receive within 24 hours a welcome e-mail with your personal ID and all details about the procedure to follow (payment, on-line reservation, etc...)
Question : Am I reimbursed if I made a wrong choice or if I couldn't play the movie I've rented because of a different zone or language/sub-titles ?
Answer : Like in any other video club, CLUB-DVD cannot be held responsible for a wrong choice members may do. To assist you in your selection, all zones, spoken languages and sub-titles are clearly specified for each movie. We invite you to read them carefully to avoid any erroneous choice.
